Individual Sessions

Returning to yourself, your body, and your balance
Each of us goes through moments in life when day-to-day functioning feels like an overwhelming weight. Sometimes it is a sudden crisis that turns your world upside down; other times, it is a gradual buildup of anxiety, a sense of being stuck, or a persistent lack of fulfillment in life.
In my practice, I believe that every struggle you face is rooted in your story and in the ways your nervous system learned to protect you from harm. I do not judge your defense mechanisms — I help you understand them and safely guide their transformation.
Depending on your current needs, I offer two paths of individual support:

Regular Therapy (Deep Transformation)
A dedicated process centered on patience and consistency. Regular therapy creates a grounded container to explore the root causes of your difficulties. Blending psychological knowledge with somatic practices, we work directly with the body to heal and release long-held tension stored in the nervous system, fascia, and muscular tissue.
Who is this form of work for?
I invite you into a safe 1:1 space if you are experiencing:
- Chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression — a constant feeling of tension, overload, persistent low mood, or a loss of vitality and drive to act.
- Past trauma, abuse, and boundary violations — working through the lingering impacts of emotional, psychological, physical, or sexual abuse that affect your present, while rebuilding safety, mature boundaries, and agency.
- Destructive relational patterns — repeating cycles in relationships or work, losing yourself, codependency, fear of abandonment, or an overwhelming sense of loneliness.
- Painful life transitions and loss — compassionate support through life crises, breakups, grief, or navigating the serious illness of a loved one.
- Psychosomatic conditions — situations where unprocessed stress and difficult emotions express themselves in the body through chronic tension, pain, or constant exhaustion.
- Challenges with emotional regulation — difficulty identifying and naming your feelings, recurring outbursts of anger, or a chronic detachment from your emotions and body.
- Disordered eating — struggles in your relationship with your body, food, and building self-acceptance.
- Low self-esteem and inner pain — struggling with a harsh inner critic, loss of meaning, and seeking a grounded sense of self.
- A desire to return to authenticity — a call to know yourself deeply, rebuild self-trust, and live in true alignment with your authentic self.
How does it work?
We meet on a regular basis (typically once a week, either in-person or online). We work at your own pace, gently transforming layers of defense mechanisms so you can regain access to your vitality, peace, and a sense of safety within your body. Together, we help you connect with your deep inner strength, reclaim your agency, and unlock the dormant energy held within your physical self.
Intervention & Crisis Sessions (Immediate Support)
When your world suddenly grinds to a halt and your nervous system is overwhelmed, there is no space to deeply analyze the past or childhood. You need solid ground beneath your feet right here and now. Intervention sessions act as “emotional first aid.”

Who is this form of work for?
Book an intervention session if you are experiencing:
- Sudden loss, separation, grief, or betrayal.
- An acute, unexpected life, professional, or financial crisis.
- Severe sensory overload, panic attacks, or a deep freeze state (e.g., triggered by a sudden, overwhelming event).
- An immediate need for support in making a critical, urgent life decision.
How does it work?
A focused, short-term support structure (usually 1 to 5 sessions) centered entirely on the present. During these sessions, we work together to:
- De-escalate stress and ground your nervous system so you can think clearly again.
- Restore basic safety and emotional grounding.
- Locate vital internal and external resources to guide you through the initial shock.
- Build a concrete, safe action plan for the immediate future.
How to get started?
Whether you need immediate support in an acute crisis or are looking for a guide on your journey toward long-term transformation — I am here for you.
Get in touch to schedule your initial session. Together, we will determine which path of support best serves you right now.

Every story is unique, making every journey toward a resolution entirely individual

Couples Mentoring – Embodied Relationship Mentoring (ERM) Moving
From defense to deep connection
Most couples enter therapy feeling that something in their relationship is “broken” and needs an immediate fix. You may be struggling with recurring arguments, a loss of intimacy, a lack of understanding, or a growing sense of emotional distance.
In my work using the Embodied Relationship Mentoring (ERM) approach by Marcia & Brian Gleason, I do not view a relationship as a breakdown to be repaired, but as a natural invitation to growth and deeper maturity. I believe that a crisis or difficult emotions do not signal the end of love, but rather a threshold leading to a renewed quality in your partnership.
How does my approach differ from traditional therapy?
Traditional therapy often focuses solely on analyzing past history, dialogue, and communication techniques. I take this a step further by bridging emotional awareness with the wisdom of the body (a somatic approach).
Rather than just talking about your problems, I help you experience real, felt change right here and now.

Core Pillars: The 5E Framework:

- Emotionally Focused — I guide you in recognizing and safely expressing the full spectrum of emotions — from anger and fear to hurt, gratitude, and love.
- Embodied — We tune into signals from the body and nervous system, where your automatic defense mechanisms are stored.
- Experiential — Our work centers on what unfolds between you in real time during the session, rather than just telling stories about the past.
- Empathy-Driven — I help you uncover what lies beneath your partner’s protective armor, naturally cultivating compassion and softening conflict.
- Evolutionary — I support you in moving away from reactivity and habituated patterns toward mature, conscious love.
The 4 stages of a relationship — Where are you today?
Every mature relationship moves through natural phases of development:
- Infatuation (Eros): A time of fascination, excitement, and the feeling that you have found your “ideal” partner.
- Security & Protective Patterns: A phase of stabilization where past hurts, childhood schemas, and habituated defense mechanisms (such as criticism, withdrawal, or control) gradually surface.
- Transformation (Transition): A threshold of crisis where old ways of relating no longer work. This is when couples most often enter therapy — facing a choice: remain stuck in repetitive cycles or dare to change.
- Exceptional Relationship: Deep partnership rooted in mature love, trust, authenticity, and freedom of expression.

What do we work on during the session?
In the safe space of my practice, I help you:
- Uncovering Protective Patterns — Shifting from defensive behaviors (retreat, anger, control) toward authentic closeness.
- The 80/20 Rule — Decoupling present-day triggers (20%) from unresolved past wounds (80%).
- Authentic vs. Reactualized Needs — Disentangling reactive demands from mature desires for respect and intimacy.
- Conflict Mastery — Transforming destructive arguments into opportunities for deeper connection and swift repair.
- Nervous System Regulation — Moving together out of fight/flight/freeze into co-regulation and emotional safety.
Who does this work for?

I invite couples who:
- Feel stuck in repeating arguments or silent treatments.
- Are experiencing emotional distance or a loss of passion and intimacy.
- I want to learn how to set healthy boundaries and clearly communicate their true needs.
- Are navigating a difficult crisis or life shift and seeking a path back to connection.
- Long to elevate their relationship to a deeper level of closeness, honesty, and fulfillment.
- Are increasingly considering separation and need support in finding inner clarity.
- Have decided to separate, but wish to do so with mutual empathy and respect.

Therapeutic Process Groups

Somatic, emotional, and relational work in a group setting
Even after extensive individual therapy, it is in our relationships with others that our defensive patterns, fears, and protective mechanisms emerge most intensely. It is precisely within interactions with others that we sometimes feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, withdrawn, or caught in recurring conflicts.
A process group acts as a unique microcosm. It provides a safe, experimental space — a live social laboratory — where everything you experience in your daily personal and professional life naturally comes to light in a real, authentic way.
Why group therapy?

Most of our emotional wounds and defensive habits were formed in relationships with others. That is why their deepest transformation happens within a safe group relational dynamic.
Participating in a process group helps you step out of isolation and the belief that “I am the only one who feels this way.” When you see your own struggles mirrored in others, and experience how your presence resonates with the rest of the group, something profoundly healing takes place.
How do we work?
This group is neither a theoretical lecture nor a traditional “support group” focused solely on recounting stories from the past.
We focus on real-time experience in the present moment (here and now) and tune into the wisdom of your body:
- Listening to the Nervous System: We notice what happens in your body as you connect with others — when tension, freeze, or avoidance arise, and when protective armor relaxes to allow true ease.
- Awareness of Protective Patterns: We observe how and when you put on your “protective armor” (e.g., withdrawal, perfectionism, anger, compliance) and learn how to safely set it aside.
- Safe Emotional Expression: We cultivate a space where you can fully feel and express anger, sadness, fear, as well as joy, gratitude, and the longing for connection — free from the fear of rejection.
- Deep Empathy & Relational Mirroring: You experience how your presence and emotions impact others while receiving honest, compassionate feedback that is rarely accessible in everyday life.
- Emotional Regulation Expansion: You will expand your nervous system’s capacity to hold difficult emotions and conflict without defaulting to fight, flight, or withdrawal.
- A Deep Sense of Belonging: You will experience being fully accepted and understood, honoring both your light and shadow sides.

Who is this group for?

This group is for you if you:
- Struggle with intimacy and closeness — You find it difficult to open up, trust others, or build authentic relationships.
- Feel lonely or misunderstood — Even when surrounded by people, you carry a sense of isolation or emotional detachment.
- Notice repeating relational patterns — You frequently fall into conflict, withdrawal, people-pleasing, or a need to control in personal or professional settings.
- Have difficulty expressing emotions — You suppress your feelings or, conversely, feel overwhelmed by intense emotional reactions.
- Want to set healthy boundaries — You struggle to say “no,” state your needs clearly, or stand up for yourself without guilt.
- Are in individual therapy — And feel ready to test and integrate your personal insights within a dynamic, real-world group context.
Safety & Guidelines
- Intimate & Closed Group — The group operates with a fixed membership throughout the cycle, cultivating a deep sense of psychological safety, stability, and trust.
- Confidentiality — What happens within the group space stays within the group space.
- Initial Consultation — Participation is always preceded by an individual consultation with me to ensure this format aligns with your current needs and therapeutic readiness.
