My approach: where science meets the living energy of the body
I believe that true transformation begins when you dare to connect what you think with what you feel and experience within your body. I do not offer quick fixes or shortcuts. Instead, I create a safe, fully accepting space where you can drop your masks, touch your authentic emotions, and reclaim your personal power.
I support individuals, couples, and groups in stepping out of state of freeze, breaking through rigid patterns, and moving past feelings of being lost — so you can begin living fully, courageously, and in genuine harmony with yourself.
My journey into psychotherapy grew out of a lifelong fascination with human nature — our biology, psychology, and how we navigate the world. My foundational academic background spans neurobiology (Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences, Jagiellonian University), environmental protection (Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University), along with four years of doctoral studies in hydrology at Jagiellonian University. I am currently expanding my credentials through formal studies in psychology. I gained further scientific research experience during an international fellowship at the Institute of Cellular and Integrative Neurosciences (INCI) in Strasbourg, and deepened my understanding of safety, systems, and institutional structures through postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) at Rzeszów University of Technology.

This scientific background provides me with a unique, grounded, and holistic perspective on human nature. I deeply understand how the nervous system, biology, and environment shape our emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
I built my psychotherapeutic foundation through the 4-year Core Energetics psychotherapeutic training program at the Core Energetics Institute — a method focused on working with the body, emotions, and energy. Additionally, I graduated from the MATRIK Management Trainers School and have spent years supporting people in business through processes of change, personal growth, mentoring, and overcoming limits. The world of entrepreneurship and management has long been a natural backdrop in my life. Through my own business experience, I truly understand the reality of operating under high responsibility, the dynamics of leadership, and the toll that constant pressure takes on both mind and body.
I deeply believe in continuous professional growth, which is why I regularly enhance my skills through international Masterclass workshops led by world-renowned experts:
- Trauma and Spirituality Work: with Ivan Sebastiani Personality Disorders (Narcissism and Borderline): with Anna Timmermans
- Couples Therapy (Embodied Relationship Model / ERM): with Marcia and Brian Gleason
- Group Dynamics and Facilitation (Group Works!): with Erena Bramos
- Processing Sexual Violence Experience and Trauma: with Liz Carl
- Sexuality as a Life Force: with Anna Timmermans
- Emotional Core Perception (ECP): with Bruno Adler

Working with people is, to me, far more than knowledge and technique — it is above all about authenticity.
Having worked with the voice for many years, I support clients in training and therapy to discover their authentic sound — both their spoken voice and that deep, internal voice so often drowned out by fear, stress, or societal expectations. I believe your voice is one of the most powerful instruments of truth and self-expression: when you liberate your voice and body, you reclaim your full power and the freedom to simply be yourself.
I recharge and find my balance in nature. I love staying active – I practice yoga regularly, ride my bike, swim, and have a passion for mountain hiking. In my spare time, I enjoy good literature, always opting for personal growth, curiosity, and discovering what is real.
How I can help you?
Individual Psychotherapy
An intimate space to meet with yourself. I focus on releasing emotional blocks, processing fears and difficult experiences, and rebuilding self-worth. By combining talk therapy with somatic work (through the body and breath), I help you restore contact with your inner voice, release suppressed tension, and feel truly at home in your body again.

Couples Therapy & Relational Work
Relationships are a dynamic space where two distinct worlds, personal histories, and core wounds meet. Grounded in somatic practice and relational work (Embodied Relationship Model / ERM), I support couples in rebuilding authentic, empathetic communication, breaking repetitive conflict cycles, and rediscovering intimacy, passion, and trust. I guide partners in learning how to set healthy boundaries without causing harm to one another.
Group Work & Workshops
Groups possess an extraordinary power to heal and transform. I lead process groups, workshops, and retreats that offer a safe, supportive environment to experiment with new behaviors, mirror your experiences in others, and draw strength from community. Workshop sessions focus on building body awareness, releasing emotions through movement and breath, and reclaiming your personal agency in life.
