Workshops

A space for practice, returning to the body, and deep transformation
Theoretical knowledge alone or reading yet another psychology book rarely changes our lives. Change doesn’t happen in the mind — true change occurs when your nervous system experiences something new.
My workshops are intensive, experiential gatherings designed for individuals who want to move beyond talk alone and touch real transformation in their body, emotions, and relationships.
How do we work in the workshops?
These are not lectures or passive presentations. The workshops create a safe, living container where theory is immediately translated into lived experience.
Grounded in the Core Energetics psychotherapeutic approach, we will focus on:

- Here-and-Now Practice: We engage in individual, paired, and small-group exercises that allow you to touch upon your habitual patterns in a safe, held environment.
- Embodiment: We work with movement, breath, voice, and bodily signals to unblock frozen energy and reclaim full self-expression.
- Transforming Defense Mechanisms: We recognize the moments when we disconnect from feeling, slip into control, or resort to avoidance — and we learn to choose connection over defense.
- Corrective Relational Experience: You experience what it truly feels like to be accepted, heard, and seen with all your emotions by others.
What will you take away from the workshop?
- A Deeper Connection with Your Body: The ability to read warning signals from your nervous system before slipping into an automatic reaction.
- Practical Tools for Home Practice: Concrete emotional regulation and embodied communication techniques you can implement in your daily life right away.
- A Sense of Relief and Release: A safe space to bring closure to difficult emotional processes and discharge accumulated tension.
- Breaking Free from Isolation: Discovering that others face similar challenges, creating a powerful sense of community, belonging, and shared support.

Safety and intimacy
Each workshop takes place in a small, intimate group, allowing me to provide attentive support to every participant and maintain a high standard of psychological safety throughout the process. No prior experience in bodywork or therapy is required — we move with deep respect for everyone’s boundaries, readiness, and personal pace.

When the Core — our authentic Self — is no longer obscured by the mask, love gains the freedom to nourish us and transform our lives
